Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ShopTwiz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
