Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces usually arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location and the specific delivery service selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ShopTwiz ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
